WAYNE RICHARD PRATT, age 82, of Fort Wayne, died on Tuesday, July 5, 2016 at Dupont Hospital, Fort Wayne, Indiana. Mr. Pratt was born in Bluffton, Indiana on October 28, 1933 to the late Leroy and Ruth (Davis) Pratt. He served his country in the United States Navy and he married Rosemary Ann Reinking on January 7, 1956 at Martini Lutheran Church in Fort Wayne. Wayne was the refrigeration maintenance manager for Tippmann Construction for more than 30 years.
Survivors include:
Wife, Rosemary Pratt of Fort Wayne and most recently residing in Woodburn.
Daughter, Cynthia and Blake Vanderford of New Haven.
Daughter, Katherine and Dennis Archer of Knoxville, Tennessee.
Son, Brian Pratt of Woodburn.
8 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
Sister, Betty and George Pinney of Fort Wayne.
Brother, Dean and Shirley Pratt of Huntington.
Visitation and funeral services will be Friday, July 8, 2016 all at Christ Lutheran Church, 4412 Park Street, Woodburn, Indiana. Visitation will take place from 11:00am - 1:00pm and the funeral service will begin at 1:00pm.
Officiating the funeral service will be Pastor Tim Edwards.
Burial will be at Concordia Cemetery Gardens in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
