Ed was a great guy, and, as noted in the obituary, he was a great cook. I can personally vouch for his Bananas Foster and vegetable chartreuse. Unfortunately, I never got to sample his pot d'creme.

I will miss his smile, his kindness, and his generosity. Peace to you, Ed.
