Gail was a terrific woman and human being. Her accomplishments were amazing in her personal, professional and volunteer lives. One thing I enjoyed about her is that she always seemed so down to earth whenever we talked. Will miss her smiling face at UUCFW. Wishing peace and comfort to her family and friends.

I am so so sorry to read about Gail's death. As everyone that knew Gail she had the greatest laugh and when they say eyes that twinkled hers did. I know she is a great loss to the Fort Wayne community Itried to recruit her to work at our local Louisville Library when she was in town for our 25th reunion but she told me Fort Wayne was her home. I just have fond recollections of her in high school and I will always think of her fondly. Bless her family in these trying times

I'm sure Gail's many friends and family will miss her, and I'm so sorry for our loss. I didn't know Gail well, but I deeply appreciate her kind, caring, and generous support in my time of need, it so was totally unexpected, and brought me to tears. If ever I am able, I promise I will "pay it forward" and pass on her gift to me to someone else in need in her memory.

My deepest sympathy to Gail's children & family. I first met Gail at the downtown library where we worked together. I later ran in to her at Lutheran Hospital where we worked together again. She was such a neat lady. Always happy.

I am sorry to hear of Gail's passing. She always brightened my day whenever I would see her at Lutheran Hospital or in public. I don't think I ever encountered her without a great smile and a pleasant comment. Condolences to all who loved her.

I served with Gail for many years on the Girl Scouts of Limberlost board. Gail was a true asset to our council, a friend to all and always a good example for everyone. She has a special place in my heart for all of her help and service to others. My heart goes out to you, she will be missed.

Gail was one of my favorite people I knew during my 16 years in Fort Wayne and as the CEO of the Girl Scouts. I have so many dear memories of her. She was special in every way, and such an exemplary Girl Scout. To her blessed family in your sorrow may you always feel her loving presence, her laugh, her delightful spirit and know how very proud she was of you. Her spirit and legacy will live forever.

Gail was a dear woman and classmate! Such a leader: full of humor and life!
A wonderful vice president of our great class!
