Dear friends in Christ,
Mr. LeBeau was one of my teachers at Lutheran High West in Detroit, probably in 1965-1967. He taught a religion course from a podium with much energy. He would move all around the podium as he taught, like he was sparring in westling.
I know he touched the lives of many teenagers and I am glad I was one of those.
I retired recently from teaching elementary school in various schools throughout the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod in Michigan.
May God comfort you with the sure hope of heaven and a reunion with your loved ones.

Thoughts going out the Family. Will always hold Lebeau's integrity and passion for his work in the highest regard. Grateful for the lessons he showed - (most became more relevant beyond my youth as a student.) I Feel fortunate to have Crossed Paths with Lebeau's.
....Much respect, and condolences going out to the family.

He was my coach his first year here and really prepared me to be a better wrestler by wrestling me himself (and kicking my butt). Also took some of the pressure off my dad coaching me. It was a great senior year! Glad his final battle is over and he is at peace.

If you are lucky enough to have had good teachers as a student, those teachers stay with you; they shape your choices and your character for the rest of your life. I am grateful to have had Mr. LeBeau as one of those teachers, and I am certain that there are many at Concordia who whare that sentiment.

My kids are all grown up and married now, but I remember them talking about Mr LeBeau more than any teacher they ever had. He was a very gifted teacher and he took his vocation seriously. Please know how grateful we are for him, and accept our deepest sympathy.

As the parent of one of your Concordia High School athletes and student we want to say we are so thankful you were in our Sons life at a very important time. You have touched and will continue to touch so many lives, with your coaching, leadership, friendship, devotion and rock solid integrity. Your work ethics was stellar and a shining example of what going the extra mile truly means. You worked hard, played hard and you seemed to made everyone in the room laugh or smile along the way with your contagious humor and smile. Peace be with your Family knowing you truly have not only earned forever the love and respect of many people, young and old, but also a place in Heaven.

Our children will forever be blessed to have had Mr LeBeau as a teacher. Stern but fair, his students and athletes knew what was expected and always were praised when they did well. A wonderful example of Christianity.

Mr. LeBeau was a strong teacher who came across initially as intimidating, but helped me learn many skills that I have used as an adult. He was very direct, but fair, and had a sincere desire to push his students to become the best people they could be. We'll miss you Mr. LeBeau!

So sorry to hear of Mr LeBeau''s passing. He was a positive force and role model for so many of the students at Concordia High School. There are not enough words to thank him for all that he has given over the years.
May God grant you comfort and peace in the days ahead, and in the knowledge that you will be reunited with your loved one in heaven.
