I was so sad to hear of your passing, but I'm relieved that you are no longer suffering. When I think of you, I remember all of the good times we had as little kids...fishing off the dock of your grandparents' cottage...spending weekends with you and Kelly...getting together for Grimes family Christmases. You had the sweetest soul. Even though we haven't seen one another in years, it hurts my heart to know that you are no longer here, but I hope you have the life in heaven, that you were not able to have on earth. Fly high with the rest of God's angels and tell our Grandpa Grimes that I love and think of him often...I'll bet that your Grandpa Sims is thrilled to have you by his side, although I'm sure he wishes that you'd had a little more time down here. Take care and we'll all see you again someday!

I'm so saddened by his passing. Dan was an amazing person and I couldn't have made through some parts of my life without him. He was the best friend I ever had. I pray for strength your family through this difficult time. He was truly an amazing person.
