Terry Jones

Terry Lee Jones, age 76, of Brimfield, passed away on February 28, 2022 at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne. Mr. Jones was born in Columbia City, Indiana on July 15, 1945 to the late Robert Lee Jones and Helen Lucille (Bond) Rex. His stepfather was James Rex. Terry graduated from Kendallville High School in 1965. He honorably served his country in the United States Navy from 1965-1967 during the Vietnam Era. He married Judy Ann Diehl on November 12, 1966 at Trinity Church in Kendallville. He was employed by Levin & Sons, A-1 Production and Alcoa. Terry loved to go fishing, target shooting, and spending time together with his family.

Survivors include:
Wife, Judy Jones of Brimfield.
Daughter, Jenny and Marc Lewis of Auburn.
Daughter, Tammy Niccum and her companion, Dan Helton both of Fort Wayne.
Four grandchildren: Dalton Jones, Lucy Niccum and her finance, Aaron Cook; Logan Niccum and Tyler Niccum. One great grandson, Michael Cook.

Visitation and funeral services will be held Tuesday, March 8, 2022 at Hite Funeral Home in Kendallville. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM followed by the funeral service at 1:00 PM. Pastor Regan Ford will officiate the funeral service. 
Burial with military honors will take place at Lake View Cemetery.
Casket bearers will be Logan Niccum, Tyler Niccum, Jack Garrett, William Baker, Dan Helton, and Jerry Diehl. Honorary bearers will be Jackie (Diehl) Hamblin, Dalton Jones, Lucy Niccum and Phil Erny.
