Tanja "Tinnie" Allen (West) Bowman

Tanja Reene "Tinnie" Bowman, age 72, of Ossian, passed away March 6, 2026, at her home in Ossian. Tinnie was born in Richmond, Indiana, on June 16, 1953, to the late Raymond and Ada Kate (Smith) West. She married Edward Eugene Bowman on June 8, 1994. Tinnie was a bar tender at the Eagles Lodge in Bluffton, and she also worked at Dollar General. She loved spending time with her best friend, Sheri Thompson, tending to her garden, spending time with her kids and grandkids, and collecting Campbell Soup memorabilia. 

Survivors include:
Husband, Ed Bowman of Ossian, Indiana.
Daughter, Vanessa and Kenneth Williams of Liberty Center, Indiana. 
Daughter, Tlareenea and Christopher Donnersbach both of Bluffton.
Son, Edward Allen Bowman, deceased. 
Daughter-in-law, Carrie Bowman of Bluffton, Indiana
10 grandchildren and one deceased grandchild.
20 great grandchildren.  
Sister, Shirley and Larry Lane of Geneva, Indiana.
Sister, Mellissa and Bill Ducan of Bluffton.
Sister, Fredonna and Tim Eckhart of Bluffton.
Sister, Michelle Davis of Bluffton. 
Deceased brother, Raymond West and his wife Eunice.

Gathering of family and friends will be held Saturday, March 21, 2026, from 1:00-4:00PM at Eckhart Acres, Bluffton, Indiana.
