Sylvia Zintel Obituary

Sylvia Betty Zintel, age 98, passed away September 25, 2020 at home. Mrs. Zintel was born in Hornell, New York on May 5, 1922 to Arlie Arnold Bennett and Eva (Witter) Bennett. She married Curtis Edgerton Zintel on August 12, 1945 in Geneso, New York and the couple made their home in Mt. Morrison, New York early on in their marriage. Sylvia owned and operated a bakery and she also was a cook at a state hospital in New York.

Survivors include:
Daughter, Shirley and Brad Palmer of Northport, Florida.
Daughter, Debbie and Elmer Clancy of Wolcottville.
Daughter, Cindy Murray of Port Charlotte, Florida.
10 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
Brother, Arlie Bennett of Geneseo, New York.
Sister, Patricia Zingaro of Virginia.
Brother, Thomas Bennett of Lima, New York.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son, David Zintel in 1985; and husband, Curtis Zintel on December 20, 1997.

A private memorial will be held later. Burial will take place in New York.
