Raymond Venezia Obituary

Raymond Ronald Venezia, age 75, of Butler, passed away March 19, 2024 at Betz Nursing Home in Auburn, Indiana. Mr. Venezia was born in Revere, Massachusetts on August 18, 1948 to Michael James Venezia and Rita Evelyn (LaFreniere) Venezia. He honorably served his country in the United States Army from 1965-1968 during the Vietnam War. He married Donna Marie Jenks on March 1, 1986 in Jacksonville, Florida and moved to Butler, Indiana in 2018 coming from Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

Survivors include his wife, Donna Venezia of Butler; his children including a daughter, Jennifer Lee Venezia of Butler; son, Raymond Venezia, Jr.; daughter, Toni Beth; and son, Christopher Michael Venezia. Six grandchildren also survive: Nicolette, Jake, Carrie, Devin, Mia, and Peyton. Three sisters and one brother survive as well as many cousins. Ray is also survived by a son-in-law, Joseph Miller and a daughter-in-law, Jodi Venezia.

There are no services scheduled. The family is planning a celebration of life gathering at a later date.
