Paul Lothamer

Paul Andrew Lothamer, age 74, of Albion and most recently, Columbia City, died Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at Parkview Whitley Hospital, Columbia City. Paul was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana on December 30, 1946 to the late Edward Adrian Lothamer and Beverly Jean (Smith) Lothamer. He married Shirley Ann McCoy on November 27, 1965 at the Ege Catholic Church. Shirley preceded him in death on July 28, 1997. He was a truck driver for Genova Products for 20 years.

Son, Paul Lothamer of Albion.
Son, Ray Lothamer of Rome City.
Son, Chris and Tina Farber of Columbia City.
Daughter, Tonya Poage of Columbia City.
14 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
Sister, Cheryl Marshall of Hartford City.
Sister, Deborah Estrada of Rome City.
Sister, Marilyn and Bill Randall of Rome City.
Brother, Mark and Pam Lothamer of Rome City.
Sister, Sharon and Javier Montoya of Lisbon.
Sister, Brenda Lamarr of Hartford City. 
He was preceded in death by a son, John Lothamer in 2008 and son-in-law, Lake Poage in 2018.

Visitation will be held Thursday, September 9, 2021 from 4:00 – 7:00 PM at Hite Funeral Home. 
Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, September 10, 2021 at 11:00 AM at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Avilla with Fr. Dave Voors officiating. There will be visitation at 10:00 AM prior to the mass. Burial will take place at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery, Avilla.
