Nicolas Mark Olivares

Nicolas Mark Olivares, age 93, passed away April 15, 2025, at his home in Kendallville. Mr. Olivares was born in Maracaibo, Venezuela, on September 10, 1931, to the late Awille Charles Mark Pearc and Maria Anastacia Olivares Guevara. He married Emilia Rosa Roo De Vicente who survives him along with four children including son, Nicolas Mark of Auburn; Loide Del Carmen of Kendallville; Alexis Mark of Orlando, Florida; and Lenin Mark of Fort Wayne. 

Visitation will be held Thursday, April 17, 2025, at 8:00 AM at Hite Funeral Home in Kendallville followed by a Funeral Mass of Christian Burial at 12:00 PM at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Fort Wayne. Burial will follow at Catholic Cemetery, Fort Wayne.
