Mike Sneary

Michael Thomas Sneary, age 62, lifelong resident of Avilla, died unexpectedly on Friday, June 3, 2022 at his residence near Avilla. Mike was born at McCray Hospital in Kendallville, Indiana on August 26, 1959 to Larry Lee Sneary and Judith Ann (Finan) Sneary. He graduated from East Noble High School in 1978. Mike married Erin Jeanice Fulk on July 5, 1989 in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. He was employed for 36 years with Cooper Tire near Garrett before retiring in 2015.

Survivors include:
His wife, Erin Sneary of Avilla.
His mother, Judy Sneary of Fort Wayne.
Brother, Larry and Renea Sneary, Jr. of Fort Wayne.
Brother, Stan and Michelle Sneary of Fort Wayne. 
Brother, Doug Sneary of Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Brother, Dave and Kelly Sneary of Huntington.
Many nieces and nephews also survive.

Visitation will be held Monday, June 6th from 4:00 – 8:00 PM at Hite Funeral Home in Kendallville. Visitation will also be held Tuesday at 12:00 noon.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, June 7, 2022 at 1:00 PM at Hite Funeral Home with Deacon Jerry Kohrman officating. 
Burial will follow at Ege Catholic Cemetery.
Memorial donations may be made to Riley Hospital for Children.
