Michael was born in Oakland City, Indiana, on May 23, 1951, to the late Richard Dallas Tucker and Phyliss Jo (Chumbley) Tucker. He was a United States Army veteran and computer specialist in the medical field. His wife, Ricky Lynn (Hudson) Tucker survives him in Marion. No funeral services are planned at this time.
