Mary Alice Norris

Mary Alice Norris, age 84, of Kendallville, passed away Tuesday, June 4, 2024, at Orchard Pointe. Mrs. Norris was born in Kendallville, Indiana on November 13, 1939, to the late Chester Royal Feller and Carrie Ellen (Uhl) Feller. She graduated from Kendallville High School in 1957. She married Ray Dean Norris on August 20, 1971, in Kendallville and he preceded her in death on March 16, 2003. Mary Alice was the vice president of Hy-Matic in Kendallville. She started working at Hy-Matic when the business began and was employed there for 52 years. Mary Alice dearly loved her family and cherished the time spent with them.

Survivors include:
Daughter, Radena and Tim Gienger of Kendallville.
Grandson, Kory and Andrea Gienger of Edgerton, Ohio.
Granddaughter, Marissa Gienger and Matt Riehm of Fort Wayne.
Two great granddaughters, Lucy Gienger and Hallie Gienger. 

She was preceded in death recently by her brother, Keith Feller, who died the day before she did on June 3, 2024.

Funeral services will be held Friday, June 7, 2024, at 1:00 PM at Hite Funeral Home in Kendallville with visitation at 11:00 AM prior to the service.
Burial will follow at Lake View Cemetery in Kendallville. Casket bearers will be Tim Gienger, Kory Gienger, Matt Riehm and Eric Gienger.
Memorial donations may be made to the Noble County Humane Society.
