Lew Heath

Lewis Earl “Lew” Heath, age 72, of Fort Wayne, died November 23, 2020 at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne. Mr. Heath was born in Hudson, Indiana on September 4, 1948 to the late Elton Mervin Heath and Martha Elizabeth (Musser) Heath. He honorably served two tours for his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. Lew was a truck driver for Dana Corporation. He married Deborah Dover on March 28, 1980 in Fort Wayne.

Survivors include:
Wife, Deborah Heath of Fort Wayne.
Sister, Janet and James Peppler of Fort Wayne.
Sister, Patricia and Michael Seibt of Fort Wayne.
Brother, Michael Heath of Indianapolis. 
Many nieces and nephews that he dearly loved and whom he shared wonderful memories. 
Sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Gerald and Darla Grill of Durham, North Carolina.

Graveside services with military honors will be held at Wednesday, December 9, 2020 at 1:00PM at Concordia Cemetery Gardens, 5365 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne, Indiana. 
Memorial donations may be made to the Fort Wayne Rescue Mission.
