Lauren L. Parr Sr.

Lauren Lee Parr Sr., age 60, of Kendallville, passed away suddenly on May 18, 2022, at his home.  He was born in Tell City, Indiana on November 11, 1961, to Lauren LaVon Parr and the late Caroline (Bunch) Kreiger.  Lauren worked at Reliable Tool for 27 years.  He was an avid Nascar fan and Pittsburgh Steelers fan.  He enjoyed driving around picking up scrap, going for a ride, and his all-time favorite thing was spending time with his grandchildren and watching Xavier and Easton play sports.

Father, Lauren Parr of LaOtto.
Daughter, Brittany and Bobby Palacios of Kendallville.
Son, Lauren and Sarah Parr Jr. of Wolcottville.
Grandchildren, Xavier and Sofia Palacios and Easton and Gabriel Parr.
Sister, Penny and Mike Elston of Muncie.
Sister, Stacey and Bob Sweet of Garrett.
Bonus children, Lisa and Phil Ley of Avilla and Norman Conrad of Wolcottville.
Nephew, Dayton Sweet
Nieces, Lauren and Heather Elston.
He is also survived by many extended family.
Lauren was preceded in death by his mother, Caroline Kreiger, a brother, Larry Parr, a sister, Jackie Frain and a bonus daughter, Amber Conley.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, May 22, 2022, at 5:00 PM at CrossPointe Family Church, 210 HighPointe Crossing, Kendallville, Indiana 46755 with a gathering from 3:00 – 5:00 PM at the church.
