Laura (VVier) Leonard

Laura Noel (Vier) Leonard, age 72, passed away October 1, 2024, at home in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Laura was born August 13, 1952, to Katharine and Fred Vier of Wheaton, Maryland. Laura graduated from Osborne Senior High in 1970. She dedicated her life to her husband, children, and grandchildren. She worked as an office manager/accountant/secretary for several companies, worked at her children's elementary school, and volunteered in her community.

She is survived by her husband, Jack Leonard of Fort Wayne, Indiana; her son, Joe Leonard of Fort Wayne; her daughter, Katie (Bart) Leonard-Drabenstot of Fort Wayne; and two beloved grandchildren, Alice and Jack; several nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her mother, Katharine Vier; father, Fred Vier; beloved aunts, Minnie Massie and Cherry Key; and by her brothers: Arthur Vier, Rick Vier, and Tom Vier.
