Jerrie Lynn Dixon, age 71, of Fort Wayne, passed away Tuesday, December 24, 2019 at Parkview Memorial Hospital in Fort Wayne. Mrs. Dixon was born in South Bend, Indiana on April 29, 1948 to the late Joseph Hackley and Dorothy (Stuart) Hackley Henschen and step father, Robert Henschen. She was employed with IPFW in the registrar’s office. Even in our sadness, we rejoice because she is with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ and we praise Him because one day we will be together again.

Survivors include:
Husband, Dennis Dixon of Fort Wayne.
Step son, Paul (Maggie) Dixon of Lafayette, Indiana.
Step son, Daniel Dixon of Fort Wayne.
Step daughter, Nicole Pierce.
Step grandchildren: Heather Dixon of Lafayette; Paul Dixon, Jr. of Lafayette; William Schumacher of Lafayette; Elise Dixon of Fort Wayne; and Andrew Dixon.
Step great granddaughters, Ariel Graves of Lafayette and Adlee Dixon of Fort Wayne.
Step great grandsons, Braden Dixon and Preston Dixon of Fort Wayne and Logan Schumacher of Lafayette
Brother, Joseph (Cindy Clark) Hackley of Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
Sister-in-law, Charlene Lane of Castle Rock, Colorado.
