Isaac Alexander Mezquitan was born at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne on Friday, April 14, 2023 and passed away later that day. He is survived by his mother, Jessica N. Mezquitan of LaGrange, and his father, Cory L. Traxler of Kendallville.
