Harold Reece Rhoden, Jr., age 61, of Kendallville, passed away at his residence on Tuesday, May 14, 2024. Mr. Rhoden was born in Chicago, Illinois on November 7,1962 to the late Harold Reece Rhoden, Sr. and Ola Faye (Miller) Rhoden. He married Judith Kay Reade in 1997 in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. He was employed by Colwell General and ChromaSource. Harold loved his family and grandchildren deeply. He lived to have his grandchildren by his side to laugh, live, and love together. He was a die-hard Chicago Cubs fan and Ryne Sanberg fan. He enjoyed watching all sports but especially the Chicago Cubs, Chicago Bears and Indianapolis Colts. Harold loved to fish, play golf, and be with his family.

His wife, Judy Rhoden of Kendallville.
Son, Jonathan Rhoden of Hudson, Ohio.
Daughter, Stephanie Rhoden of Streetsboro, Ohio.
Three grandchildren: Abby Holmes, Nicole Murphy and Nora Murphy.
Stepson, James Renkenberger of Kendallville
Stepson, Gavin Renkenberger and Keisha Coe both of Kendallville.
Step grandchildren: Collin Renkenberger, Brody Renkenberger, Ava Renkenberger, Auri Renkenberger, Keyan Renkenberger, Jordan Renkenberger, Nyah Renkenberger, and Eden Renkenberger. Step grandson, Aris Renkenberger preceded him in death on September 8, 2020.
Brother, Jospeh Rhoden of Jellico, Tennessee.
Sister, Myrna Arnstadt and Kelly Fredericks of Williamsburg, Kentucky.
Brother, Ryne and Shelly Rhoden of Columbia City.
There will be a gathering of family and friends on Saturday, May 18, 2024 from 2:00 - 5:00 PM at Hite Funeral Home in Kendallville.
