Harold LeRoy Melchi

Harold LeRoy Melchi, age 82, of Fort Wayne, passed away Friday, January 17, 2020 at Hospice Home in Fort Wayne.  Mr. Melchi was born in Grabill, Indiana on February 18, 1937 to the late Waldo and Maxine (Herrick) Melchi.  He honorably served his country in the United States Army.  Harold was employed in the past with National Heat Treat in Fort Wayne for many years. 

Survivors include:
Daughter, Dawn and Jon Derr of Fort Wayne.
Daughter, Sherril and Scott Lukins of Fort Wayne.
Son, Garold and Babette Melchi of Fort Wayne.
Seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
Six step chiildren.
Sister, Melba Osborn of Fort Wayne.
Two sons, Daryl Melchi and Darold Melchi and two sisters preceded him in death.

Funeral services will be Thursday, January 23, 2020 at 12:00 PM at Covington Funeral Home, 8408 Covington Road, Fort Wayne with visitation from 11:00 - 12:00 AM prior to the service.  Burial with military honors will take place at Covington Memorial Gardens.  Arrangements by Northern Indiana Funeral Care.
