Gary and Carol Coney

Garry Dale Coney, age 79, of Albion, passed away on Saturday, May 11, 2024 at home. His wife, Carol Ann Coney, died nine months earlier, on August 22, 2023, also at their home near Albion. Both Garry and Carol were both born in Kendallville, Indiana. Garry was born November 12, 1944, to Raymond and Deloris (Hewitt) Coney and Carol was born February 25, 1948, to Charles and Evelyn (Wolfe) McDonald. The couple were married in Kendallville on May 25, 1968. They both worked in area factories.  

Survivors include:
Daughter, Jamie Vice and Chad Deter of Kendallville.  
Grandchildren: Kaitlyn (Kaleb) Mooney, Rece Vice, Landen Vice, Avery Deter, Jerrick Deter.
Son, Shane and Tamara (Webster) Coney.  
Grandsons: Jonathan Coney, Justin Coney, and Jeremy (Kendall) Coney.
Great grandchildren: Taya Coney, Teagan Coney, Thea Coney, Tenney Coney, Maebree Coney, and Masen Coney.
Son, Carey and Shellie Coney of Albion.
Grandchildren: Macy Coney, Taylor Coney, Logan (Lillian) Geiger, and Abby Geiger of Columbia City.
Great grandchildren: Remington Geiger and Briar Geiger of Brimfield.
Grandson, Ashtin Geiger, of Columbia City and son-in-law, Andrew Vice preceded them in death.
