Ed Robbins

John Edward Robbins, age 77, of Fort Wayne, passed away February 28, 2022 at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne. Mr. Robbins was born in Rushville, Indiana on March 13, 1944 to the late John Dilver Robbins and Cora Lavon (Hill) Robbins. He married Carol Ann Nelson on December 23, 1967 at the Lake Avenue Church of the Nazarene in Fort Wayne.

Survivors include:
Wife, Carol Robbins of Fort Wayne.
Daughter, Jakayla Robbins of Greenbrier, Tennessee.
Daughter, Jonquil and James McClellan, III of Greenbrier, Tennessee.
Four grandchildren: Jacek, Ashby, Ramsey and Riley McClellan.
Sister, Louise Gordon of Fort Wayne.
Sister, Rose Voris of Shelbyville, Indiana.
Sister, Thelma Robbins of Rushville.
He was preceded in death by siblings Harold Robbins, Ernest Robbins and June Jenks. 

Visitation and funeral services will be held Saturday, March 5, 2022 at Grace Point Church of the Nazarene, 8611 Mayhew Road, Fort Wayne. Visitation will be held from 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM followed by the funeral service at 11:00 AM. Pastor Rex Person will officiate the funeral service.
Burial will follow at Concordia Cemetery.
Memorial donations may be made to Grace Point Church.
