Dylan Thomas Conrad, age 54, of Albion, passed away September 26, 2024, at his home in Albion. Dylan was born in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania on August 22, 1970, to Danny Lee Conrad and Paula Jane (English) Conrad. His father preceded him in death in 2000. His mother, Paula, survives in Kendallville. Dylan graduated from Eastside High School in Butler in 1989 and went on to earn a college degree in computer science. He was employed by C&A Tool in Churubusco and Freudenberg Products. He married Mayra Carvajales on July 27, 2013, in Somerville, New Jersey. Dylan was an avid comic book collector since age 5, and he collected over 30,000 comic books. He also collected action figures and loved playing video games and watching horror films. He loved every one of his many cats, The Three Stooges and Narvana. He was a diehard fan of all of the New York sports teams including the New York Mets, Jets, Giants, Knickerbockers, and Islanders.

Son, Wyette Conrad of Columbia City.
Son, Andrew Conrad of Albion.
Mother, Paula Conrad of Kendallville.
Father-in-law, Roberto Carvajales of Gillette, New Jersey.
Half-brother, Chris Rimmel of Fort Wayne.
Nieces, Anna Conrad, Ashlynn Conrad, and Amber Conrad, Alexandra Carvajales and nephews, Luke Conrad, Christopher Morlino, Joshua Morlino, and Bruce Morlino.
Dylan was preceded in death by his father, Danny Lee Conrad; paternal grandparents, Lloyd and Olive Conrad; two brothers, Brett Conrad in 2007 and Daniel Conrad in 2016; and maternal grandmother, Marta Carvajales.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, October 2, 2024, from 4:00 - 7:00 PM at Hite Funeral Home in Kendallville.
Funeral services will take place Thursday, October 3, 2024, at 11:00 AM at Hite Funeral Home with Pastor Dan Cosentino officiating.
Burial will occur at Lake View Cemetery in Kendallville.
