David Lee Case, Jr., age 58, died unexpectedly at home on January 28, 2023. David was born in Toledo, Ohio on July 14, 1964 to the late Janice A. (Pfeifer) Munk and adopted by Michael P. Munk. He graduated from Witmer High School in Toledo, Ohio. Dave was a truck driver for Lowe’s. He married Regina Ann (Krabill) Case and she him in Kendallville. Other survivors include a niece that they are raising, Lily Hicks; son, Anthony and Carri Case of Holland, Ohio; grandson, Anthony Cooper Case; stepson, Jason Larimer of Toledo, Ohio; step sister, Michelle and Phil Hazelton of Kendallville and nephew, Andrew Urick.
