Constance Louise (Todd) "Connie" Hart, age 73, of Kendallville, passed away December 27, 2021 at Orchard Pointe in Kendallville. Connie was born in Kendallville, Indiana on August 21, 1948 to the late Jack L. and Kathryn (Bir) Todd. She married James L. Hart who preceded her in death in 2015. A gathering of family and friends to celebrate Connie's life will be planned later.
