On November 14, 2024, Our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, called one of his daughters home.
Cammi Corine Rink, age 54, of Kendallville, passed away peacefully, Thursday, November 14, 2024, at home. Cammi was born in Goshen, Indiana, on February 28, 1970, to the late Gary Rink and Suzanne K. (Smolinske) Pfeiffer. She graduated from East Noble High School in 1989 and International Business College with a paralegal degree. In the past, Cammi was employed as an auditor with an area hotel. Cammi also volunteered service as Membership Officer for the American Legion Auxiliary Post 86. Miss Rink will be remembered by friends and family for her loving kindness, cheerful generosity and being the Dallas Cowboys biggest fan.
Survivors include:
Longtime companion, D.P. Piggott of Wawaka.
Half-sister, Angela and Wayne Miller of Milford.
Half-brother, Steven Hostler of Tennessee.
Aunt, Janine Smolinske of Hudson.
Aunt, Tammy and Tommy Smith of LaGrange.
Many nieces and nephews.
Cammi was preceded in death by her father, Gary Rink; her mother, Suzanne "Susie" Pfeiffer, December 26, 2006; grandmother, Cora Smolinske, January 2, 2010; grandparents, Charles and June Smolinske; great aunt, Helen Smolinske, October 17, 2015; sister, Carmin Bolen and brother, Jimmy Bolen, February 14, 1993, who died tragically.
Both visitation and the funeral service will be held at One Truth Christian Outreach, 309 Sargent Street in Kendallville. Visitation will be held Monday, November 18, 2024, from 4:00 - 8:00 PM. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, November 19, 2024, at 11:00 AM with visitation at 10:00 AM. Pastors Tommy and Barbara Keen will conduct the funeral service.
