Brenda (Reynolds) Maples

Brenda Maples, age 58, of Garrett, passed away February 9, 2022 at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne. Brenda was born at McCray Hospital in Kendallville, Indiana on April 23, 1963 to the late Jimmie Reynolds and Betty Jean (Anglin) Wright. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Roxanne. Brenda enjoyed playing Bingo, gardening, and her fur babies Sugar, Keisha and Koby. The number one priority in her life was spending quality time with her children and grandchildren. She cherished time together with all of them and she will be deeply missed.

Daughter, Stacy and Jason Brinkman of Kendallville.
Daughter, Amber and Walter Trowbridge of Shipshewana.
Daughter, Jessica Kosteck and Trevor Rodesiler of Waterloo.
Daughter, Kimberly Maples of Garrett.
Son, Jackie and Maura Terry, II of Kendallville.
Son, Johnny Maples, II and Ruth Rhodes of Garrett.
Grandchildren: Trisha and Dustin Cupp, Tyler Brinkman, Isiah Trowbridge, Jordan Trowbridge, Bryson Trowbridge, Addisyn Terry, Jaivyn Terry, Kynzie Terry, Breyton Terry, Makayla Rodesiler and one great grandchild, Cyllas Cupp.

There will be a celebration of Brenda’s life on Saturday, February 19th at 3:00 PM upstairs at the Avilla American Legion. It is a potluck dinner, so please bring a dish to share. Drinks will be provided.  No need to wear black. Dress is casual and colorful. This is a celebration so come to help us celebrate our wonderful mother's life. Memorial donations may be sent to the family.
