Betty Ann (Chaffins) Reed, age 83, of Garrett, passed away Monday, March 4, 2024 at Miller's Merry Manor, Garrett. Mrs. Reed was born in Floyd County, Kentucky on September 12, 1940 to the late Willis Hiatt Chaffins and Helen Maria (Bradley) Chaffins. She was a licensed cosmetologist and beautician and a homemaker.
Survivors include:
Daughter, Renee Womack of Garrett.
Daughter, Melanie Allion of Lenoir City, Tennessee.
Daughter, Lenora Slone of Kentucky.
Son, Jamie Reed of Auburn, Indiana.
Son, Roger Hiatt "Henry" Reed of Butler.
