Betty Goodman

Elizabeth “Betty” Goodman, age 84, of Kendallville, passed away on September 4, 2023 at Kendallville Manor Healthcare Center. Betty was born in Garrett, Kentucky on April 25, 1939 to the late Clint Goodman and Ellen (Conley) Goodman. She was employed by Group Dekko in Kendallville. 

Survivors include:
Son, Gary Goodman of Waterloo.
Son, Herman Goodman of Kendallville.
Daughter, Jennifer Horne and her partner, Laura Herman both of Edgerton, Ohio.
Son, Greg and Tiffany Goodman of Fort Wayne.
11 grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Brother, Bill and Carolyn Goodman of Howe. 
Brother, James Goodman of Ashley.
Brother, Harold Goodman of Texas.
Brother, Claude and Kimberley Goodman of Rome City.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Clint and Ellen Goodman; brothers, David Goodman and Elmer “Red” Goodman; sisters, Jean Coburn, Ella Mitchell, and Audrey Wallen; sister-in-law, Deborah Goodman; and brother-in-law, Clester Coburn. 

A graveside service and burial will be held Thursday, September 7, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Orange Cemetery near Rome City.
