Alice (Woodcock) Rice

Alice Marie (Woodcock) Rice, age 71, of Kendallville, passed away peacefully February 10, 2025, at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne. She was born April 26, 1953, to Arthur Charles Woodcock and Elizabeth Jean (McConnell) Woodcock. She loved her dogs Bear and Petey very much and she enjoyed doing crafts. She worked at No-Sag in Kendallville for over 30 years before retiring in 2007. 

Her family was her whole world.
She is survived by two daughters, April (Spencer) Lash of Kendallville, Indiana and Jill (David) Stoops of Camden, Michigan.
Three grandchildren, Kyle Stoops, Cheyenne (Trent) Curry, and Autumn (Dusty Traxler) Stoops all of Camden, Michigan.
Two great grandchildren, Oakland Arnett of Kendallville and Willow Traxler of Camden. 
One brother, Charles (Bonnie) Woodcock of Rome City, Indiana.

She was preceded in death by both her parents; one brother, Arthur R. Woodcock; one sister, Christine Cross; and a grandson, Logan Gibson.

She will be missed greatly by her many friends and family.

There will be a celebration of life at a later date. Donations can be made to the family.
