Albin Wayne Dugger, age 61, of Kendallville, passed away Thursday, January 6, 2022 at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne. Albin was born in Bordeaux, France on April 1, 1960 to the late Jerry Wayne and Maria Veneranda (Vazquez) Dugger. He graduated from West Hardin High in Stephensburg, Kentucky in 1979. He honorably served his country in the United States Army Airborne Division from 1980-1983. He moved to Kendallville 25 years coming from Kentucky and he was employed with Bolhoff in Kendallville for the past 19 years. Albin was a huge sports fan and he enjoyed going fishing and spending time with his family and friends. He really being a grandpa and loved quality time with his two grandchildren. Albin was also an active member of Family Life Assembly of God in Kendallville where he was a board member.
Survivors include:
Daughter and son-in-law, Chelsea and Andrew Hendrix of Kendallville.
Two grandchildren, Andy and Violet Hendrix.
Sister, Esther Hensley of Kentucky.
Brother, Carlos and Christy Dugger of Kentucky.
Sister, Susan and Jerry Hill of Kentucky.
A celebration of life gathering will be held Thursday, January 13, 2022 at 2:00PM Family Life Assembly of God, 815 Riley Road, Kendallville with Pastor Robert Monroe officiating.
