Abigail Aliyah-Marie Krause, age 19, passed away August 24, 2024. Abigail was born in Kendallville, Indiana on October 15, 2004, to Justin Karl Krause and Heather Marie (Smith) Zarate.

Survivors include:
Father, Justin and Brandi Krause of Mishawaka.
Mother, Heather Zarate. 
Brother, Dylan Krause of Kendallville.
Half-sister, Dawn "Mickie" Miller of Fort Wayne.
Stepsisters, Sapphire Sawyer and Heaven O'Neal both of Mishawaka.
Stepbrother, Jerrod Sawyer of Mishawaka.
Paternal grandparents, Karl and Patricia Krause of Boiling Springs, South Carolina.
Maternal grandparents, Heath Smith of Michigan and Melissa Smith of Rome City, Indiana.
Aunt, Hillary Smith Evard of Rome City.
Uncle, Heath Smith, Jr. of Kendallville.
Aunt and uncle, Brandi and Greg King of Chestney, South Carolina; many cousins survive as well.

There will be a gathering of family and friends on Saturday, August 31, 2024, from 1:00 - 4:00 PM at Hite Funeral Home. Donations to help with funeral expenses would be most appreciated.
