Michael B. Closson

Michael Bruce Closson, 79, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Thursday, September 26, 2019 at Bethlehem Woods Nursing Home. He was born January 6, 1940 in Payne, Ohio to the late Henry and Doris (Griswald) Closson.  Michael proudly served in the United States Navy and after his career began working at Cintas where he was a production manager until his retirement.  Michael wed the love of his life, Marjorie Salyers on February 19, 1964 in Urbana, Ohio.

Survivors include:

Wife, Marjorie of Fort Wayne.

Son, Michael L. (Que) Closson of Goshen.

Granddaughters, Riley Wilkes of Indianapolis and Taryn Closson of Goshen.

Grandson, Mason Closson of Goshen.

Sister, Mary Elwood of New Haven.

Sister, Susan Closson of New Haven.

Niece, Jayda Moore of Fort Wayne.

Michael was preceded in death by his parents Henry and Doris, brothers Dick, Samuel and Terry Closson.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, October 5, 2019 at 11:00 AM at Three Rivers Wesleyan Church, 2825 Hillegas Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana 46808 with Pastor Kyle Horton officiating.
