Jean Hoffman Obituary

Jean Ann Hoffman, age 75, died Saturday, June 1, 2019 at St. Anne Home in Fort Wayne. Mrs. Hoffman was born in Columbus, Ohio on August 4, 1943 to the late Frederick William and Alma Clara (Thieme) Geiger. She married Danny G. Hoffman who preceded her in death on September 4, 2015.

Survivors include:
Daughter, Dr. Theresa and Diane Hoffman of Fort Wayne.
Daughter, Tonya and Steve Erxleben of Portage, Michigan.
Four grandchildren.

Private services and burial will be held Monday, June 3, 2019 at Concordia Cemetery. Arrangements by Northern Indiana Funeral Care of Fort Wayne.
