Bud Johnson

Bud Johnson, age 81, of St. Joe, Indiana, died Monday, August 6, 2018 at Laurels of Dekalb in Butler. Mr. Johnson was born July 7, 1937 in Allen County, near Spencerville, Indiana to Dale Edward and Ada Modelle (Reed) Johnson.  He was United States Marine Corps veteran and employed for many years as a heavy equipment operator with Union Local 103, Fort Wayne before retiring in 1996.

Survivors include:
Wife, Laura Johnson of St. Joe.
Daughter, Jacki and Rick Barnes of Warren, Michigan.
Son, Mark Johnson and his fiancé, Suna "Rose" Igirt of Hamilton.
Daughter, Kathleen and Jeremy Jarrett of Havelock, North Carolina.
Three grandchildren: Nicole Watson of Orange Park, Florida; Kaitlyn Phillips of St. Joe; and Olivia Jarrett of Havelock, NC.
Sister, Janice Deardorff of Auburn.
Brother, Fred and Shirley Johnson of St. Joe.
Brother, Bob Johnson of Butler.
Brother, Mike and Judy Johnson of St. Joe.
Sister, Rita Bice of Hicksville, Ohio.
Sister, Cheryl Rece of Spencerville, Indiana.
Brother, Danny and Gina Johnson of Angola.

There will be a private family celebration of life at a later date.
