CYNTHIA ANN ROHLFING, age 52, of Fort Wayne died on Wednesday, March 14, 2012 at Visiting Nurse and Hospice Home in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Mrs. Rohlfing was born in Fort Wayne on September 16, 1959 to the late Earl J. and Genevieve Louise (Kestner) Thurston.
She graduated from Lakeland Christian Academy in Warsaw in 1978 and Ball State University with a bachelors degree in fashion merchandising.
She married Robert Allen Rohlfing on December 28, 1985 in Warsaw.
Cindy was a real estate agent with Coldwell-Banker, Roth Wehrly Graber in Fort Wayne for the past 10 years. She also was the librarian at International Business College in Fort Wayne and currently served in that position for the past 10 years.
She was dedicated and active member of the The Chapel in Fort Wayne. Cindy organized and began the church library at the Chapel. She also was very involved in the lives of the youth of the church. Cindy hosted Bible study in her home for the youth group and she would be a part of youth group activities over the past nine years.

Son, Brock Rohlfing of Fort Wayne.
One daughter, Ashley Rohlfing of Fort Wayne.
One step-daughter, Amber and Chuck Dippon of Warsaw.
Step-grandchildren, Brady, Ciara, and Hunter all of Warsaw.
Brother, Timothy Thurston of Fort Wayne.
Brother, David and Diane Thurston of Fort Wayne.
Sister, Kathy Winters of Cincinnati, Ohio.
Sister, Pamela Shimer of Fort Wayne.
Sister, Debra Thurston Meeks of Fort Wayne.
She was also preceded in death by a brother, Thomas Thurston, who passed on March 20, 1972.
Visitation will be Friday, March 16, 2012 from 3:00-7:00pm at The Chapel, 2505 West Hamilton Road South, Fort Wayne. There will also be an hour of visitation before the funeral service on Saturday from 11:00am til 12:00 noon.
Funeral services will be Saturday, March 17, 2012 at 12:00 noon at The Chapel.
Officiating the funeral service will be Pastor Brandon Holler.
Burial will follow the funeral service at Covington Memorial Gardens in Fort Wayne.
Preferred memorials may be made to The Chapel.
