Ronald Wayne Clawson

Ronald Wayne Clawson, age 70, of Fort Wayne, went to be with his Lord and Saviour on Thurday, March 23, 2017.  Mr. Clawson was born on April 14, 1946 in Kokomo, Indiana to the late William and Mary (Tochterman) Clawson.  Ron graduated from Kokomo High School and then served his country honorably with the United States Army during Vietnam.  On October 31, 1972, Ron married Janet Sue Johnson in Roanoke, Indiana.  He worked as a truck driver for over 43 years and currently was employed with Showcase Enterprises.  Ron was an active member at Aboite Baptist Church in Fort Wayne.  He loved southern gospel music and going to southern gospel concerts.  Ron loved spending time with his family and grandchildren and loved the Lord.

Spouse, Janet Clawson.
Daughter, Amy and Dennis Badskey.
Son, Wayne and Amy Clawson.
Daughter, Ronda and Eldon Rhodenizer.
Son, Rodney and Darcy Clawson.
Grandchildren, Hudson and Heather Badskey, Erin and Camdyn Clawson, Leiah, Jonah, Mercy, Jarah, Micah, and Jaiel Rhodenizer, and Jordan, Anna, and Abigail Clawson.  
Sister, Kathy and Don Froman.
Sister, Patty and Dave Talcott.
Step-sister, Chris and Dale Moulton.  

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 30, 2017 from 3:00pm-7:00pm at Aboite Baptist Church, 5700 Homestead Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana 46814.
Funeral Service will be held on Friday, March 31, 2017 at 10:00am at Aboite Baptist Church.  
Burial with military honors will take place on Friday, March 31, 2017 at 2:30pm at Troy Presbyterian Church Cemetery, 6465 West Lincolnway, Columbia City Indiana 46725.
Officiating the services is Pastor Brad McGuire.
Memorial donations may be directed to Aboite Baptist Church.
