Robert J. Roskuski

Robert J. Roskuski, age 75, of Fort Wayne, Indiana passed away Monday, August 10, 2015.  He was born in Fort Wayne on August 3, 1940, and grew up in Mt. Clemens, Michigan.  He married the love of his life, Gail on September 8, 1962.  Bob began his career at Magnavox, where he was a technical illustrator.  He worked at International Harvester for 10 years before returning to Magnavox.  He became self employed for 15 years before retiring.  He took great joy in his many hobbies including target shooting, woodworking and building and flying model airplanes.  He was part of the Indiana National Guard and a member of their national shooting team.  He retired from the Air National Guard in Fort Wayne.  He was foremost a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend.  Surviving are his wife, Gail Roskuski, daughter Michelle (Jeff) Hipskind, son Matthew (Beth) Roskuski, eight grandchildren, all of Fort Wayne, a sister Mary (Don) Florence, of Louisville, Kentucky and his beloved Brittany Spaniel, Tillie.  Private commemoration of ashes to be held at a later date.  Memorials may be made to ACRES Land Trust, 1802 Chapman Road, Huntertown, Indiana 46748.
