Nathan D. Smith

Nathan D. Smith, age 59, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Monday, July 4, 2016 at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne.  Mr. Smith was born on June 6, 1957 in Detroit, Michigan.  He graduated from Fordson High School in Dearborn, Michigan.  Nathan worked for D&W Fine Pack in the warehouse.  He was engaged to be married to Katherine Keener.  Nathan enjoyed classic cars and rock music.  He loved spending time with his fiancé, grilling delicious meals, and Nascar.  

Survivors include his fiancé, Katherine Keener of Fort Wayne and many other family and friends.  

A memorial service in Nathan’s honor will be held on Saturday, July 16, 2016 at Lakeside Park in Fort Wayne.
