Jeffrey Stuart Cisney

Jeffrey Stuart Cisney, age 55, died Friday, November 10, 2017 at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne following a short respiratory illness.  Jeff was born May 3, 1962 in Erie, Pennsylvania to Leland Charles Cisney and the late Barbara Ann (James) Cisney.  He graduated from high school in Texas and from Indiana University in 1985 with a business degree.   For more than 30 years, Jeff was employed in the orthopedics industry.  He worked with Zimmer, Smith-Nephew, and most recently as regional orthopedic sales manager for OrthAlign.  He married Susan Marie on August 15, 1997 in Fort Wayne.  A kind and compassionate man, Jeff volunteered his free time with Blessed Portions.  He also attended Pathway Community Church and was involved with Manday Monday.

Father, Leland Cisney of Highland Village, Texas.
Son, Joshua and Michaela Cisney of Bloomington, Indiana.
Son, Corey and Sarah Cisney of Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Daughter, Kylie Cisney of Bloomington.
Son, Thomas Tracy of Fort Wayne.
Son, Matthew and Shannon Tracy of Fort Wayne.
Daughter, Molly Kiefer of Chicago, Illinois.
Four grandchildren: Parker Tracy, Evan Tracy, Ransom Cisney, and Hedia Cisney. 
Brother, Scott Cisney of Dallas, Texas.
Brother, Brian and Martha Cisney of Highland Village, Texas.
Brother, Craig and Michelle Cisney of Pueblo, Colorado.
Aunt, Beverly Cisney of Erie, Pennsylvania.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, November 14, 2017 from 4:00-8:00 PM at Pathway Community Church, 11910 Shearwater Run, Fort Wayne, IN 46845.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at 11:00 AM at the church.
Burial will take place at a later date at Highland Park in Fort Wayne.
Memorial donations may be made to the Fort Wayne Rescue Mission.
Arrangements entrusted to Northern Indiana Funeral Care of Fort Wayne.
