DAVID W. PHELPS, age 76, of Wolcottville died on Monday, March 23, 2015 at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne.
He was born in Moline, Illinois on October 15, 1938 to Elmer and Dora (McDanel) Phelps.
Mr. Phelps honorably served his country in the United States Navy.
He married Beckie Bearman on July 21, 2001 at their Blackman Lake home.
Survivors include:
His wife; Beckie Phelps of Wolcottville.
Son; Mark and Lisa Phelps of Auburn.
Son; John and Kris Phelps of Fort Wayne.
Three grandsons; Caleb Phelps, Brandon Phelps and Chase Phelps.
Four step-sons; Kevin Campbell, Keith Campbell, Kraig Campbell and Kent Campbell.
Step-grandson; Kolyn Campbell.
His loving pets; Mayha and Tony.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Private family services will be held.
Burial will be at Concordia Cemetery Gardens in Fort Wayne.
