Six children: Jarrett, Jayden, Samantha, Gaby, Lyla, and Selena.
Father and step mother, Bruce and Regina Lackey of Warsaw.
Mother, Hilda S. Garza.
Brother, Matthew Lackey of Churubusco.
Two half sisters, Shanai Utter and Alanai McDonald both of Warsaw.
A private family gathering was held Thursday, November 5, 2015 in Fort Wayne.
