Allen "Al" J. Federspiel

Allen "Al" J. Federspiel, went home to be with Jesus on Thursday, July 27, 2017.  Born July 5, 1941 and was born again on December 5, 1977.  He was the son of Edwin and Catherine Elaine (Doctor) Federspiel.  He was called to prison ministry in January of 1979, where he served at the Allen County Juvenille Center, Allen County Jail, and with Prison Fellowship Ministries as a Seminar Leader.  He was also a member of Pine Hills Church.  He retired from B.F. Goodrich in 1994 after 32 years of service.  Al was very proud of his family and what god is doing in their lives.  
Survivors are his wife, Becky, Sons; Craig (Lisa) of Markle, and Brian (Jama) of Fort Wayne, 4 Grandchildren; Steve (Meagan), Cherith (B.J.), Jordan (Chelsea), and Luke, 8 Great-granddaughters; and very close cousins, Reta, Roger (Jayne), and Pat (Mel).
Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, August 12, 2017 from 10:00am-11:15am at Pine Hills Church, 4704 Carroll Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana 46818 with fellowship and visitation from 9:00am-10:00am.
Officiating the services is Pastor Mike Drury and Pastor David Martin.
